Join us for a fun night out with friends and neighbors to meal prep! Free up your days by creating 10 meals for busy nights in advance. You don’t just walk away with dinner, you walk away with more time to relax, less time spent cleaning up, and the satisfaction you will be providing nutritious meals for your loved ones.
For this workshop, you will provide the main ingredients for 10 meals. For a small fee, we provide 10 freezer bags, spices, labels, shopping lists, instructions, and education on how eating healthy can be easy and affordable. Events are always BYOB!
You will receive your grocery list and detailed instructions when payment is received. Payment is required to reserve your spot and is non-refundable. Space is limited.
You have two options for the workshop:
Attend the Workshop – You will do the full prep at the event
Take and Make – You will come, gather your bags, labels, spices and instructions at the event, but complete the full prep at home on your own time.
Optional Condiment Package: This $15 option includes all above perks, but we also provide the condiment items listed on the grocery list. This means you don’t need to bring as many items to the workshop with you, and you won’t be lugging half used bottles of ingredients home that you may or may not ever use again.
